I really don't know what your question means. I think I can define some of the words you have like "pre-selection" but it may be different then how you define it. I don't read pick up books or lingo.

As far as an opener, several years ago I made up (on a whim) what's probably the best opener of all time for a crowded situation. It was one of those situations, I really didn't have anything else but I had to say something, just to know the outcome. It is one you would have to adjust the wording and variables for the exact situation you are in which is easy but it's original, it buys you a couple minutes convo and there's almost no chance of rejection on the open. I don't think one opening line will do all you are asking rolled up in to one. Well, maybe that one does

It's one you can use if you are nervous, if you think she has a boyfriend, if her boyfriend is there with her and is a roided up body builder. Or, if she's with her girl friends. And, It's a good opener for a group of girls or 2 girls. But it has to be a crowded situation, or a situation you have a good wing. It would work well where there are no people but you, her, and your wing
