So I totally and for the first time ran into a fellow community member while out and about. I don't know if he is a member of this forum or not but it was interesting. I was at Love and War in Texas/Grapevine Area. Im about to fly to Blue Ridge Georgia in the morning for some R&R.

Anyway, Im having a quite dinner with some long time friends and this guy opens with a toast.. He's like.... Do this toast with me.. trying to get group compliance. Older guy, in his 40's, 50's. Clearly schooled in the Pick up arts, but not quite putting it all together.

As we are a group of close friends, in a deep conversation, we don't play along. I dismissed him with a "It was nice to meet you." (see the mandatory social response at work!)

Every time I saw this guy he was with a different set. He was entirely to energetic for the venue imho. He was opening sets like mad though, although he was getting rejected like mad too.

Interesting to see a community member in practice though.
