How do I stay in practice?

OK, first off I want to thank Mojo for bringing in Juggler this weekend that was rockin. I didn't get to go to the seminar but I am a Charisma Arts client and I do pretty much straight up Juggler method with a little Gunwhich or Zan thrown in (I'm not real good yet but 100x better then 2 months ago).
So question. I just read a thread on this board talking about needing to practice EVERY DAY. I think Brad P said that. Maybe like 1 interaction a day minimum or something? Many days I don't have alot of time, even weekends. I love to stay really busy and I have committed much of my time. I just don't want to get rusty with the whole chick-magnetizer thing, you know?
I ask this because I haven't approached anyone for like 8 or 9 days and I went out yesterday and it took me awhile to get back in the mode. I let several "easier" opportunities slide by and usually I can even walk up to a mother and daughter or whoever.
Any ideas?

Just approach women whenever you leave the house. They don't even have to be women you'd have sex with if you're just doing it for practice.

Thanks for the props. We have many other big guys in the pipeline.
I would not see approaching as a job or something you “have” to do. The best guys are naturally out going and friendly. They love interacting with people in general. Strike up a conversation with anyone (male or female)anywhere (in the line at Starbucks, in the lunchroom at work or cafeteria at school, at the gas station, etc). Enjoy the interaction and want to do it naturally.
Social people tend to be happier people.

Yeah, I do find myself feeling connected to people more and wanting to make conversation with randon people all the time. I feel less "boxed in."
I saw a man with three kids and we were talking about what a big job that is. It was fun. Nice guy.
My problem is I tend to be solitary by nature and I have alot of things to do individually so if I don't watch it then I get lazy. I guess that answers it - don't be lazy.
Thanks y'all.

I am very much like you. I have a great time by myself sometimes. I'm afraid I might go blind.
No, seriously, I am very comfortable being by myself. I like to play guitar. I can go to an art museum by myself and spend hours there. I've even been to the movies by myself. I also go to the gym by myself.
That's one reason I joined this community. I would like to change that and be around other people more. I would like to have guys I can hang out with. And I would like to have more women in my life. Plus, I would still like to have the freedom to do those other things whenever I feel like it. So far, it's been a great change. I recommend you go to more events, exchange numbers with a few people, and get out to some bars.
However, you don't have to have a wing to be with other people. If you go to the bookstore by yourself, you aren't really by yourself. There are other customers there. Sometimes, it's just a matter of recognizing that the world is full of people. We forget that sometimes. Some of those people are just like you, walking around in this bubble as if they're all alone. You think they're unapproachable, but they really do want to be approached. It's fun to make an innoccuous comment and watch them snap out of their trance.

That reminds me of what Juggler was talking about when he realized that he didn't need to have a girlfriend to not feel alone, because he was still around people a lot of the time. It's just a matter of turning strangers into friends.

Right on brothers.
