I'm about to set a date/time for the next lair meet up. Before doing so, I wanted to ask for any suggestions for change in how we do them. I've tried requesting sticking points from attendees before hand so the more experienced guys can be informed prior to the meet up and be prepared to help with specific things...but like 2 people took advantage of it.

Let me know what would make them more enticing to you...whether that be venue change, set topic per meeting, etc. If you offer a change, such as venue, you better toss out an idea of WHERE to change to...otherwise I'll ignore you. Pointless to post if you have a problem but no solution to propose. :)

Since everyone seems to have such a hard on for Uptown (actually, I'm starting to come around as well...yes, Uptown girls are slightly cliquey and pretentious, but they are usually hotter and usually make more scratch than Addisonites...the last trait has become increasingly more important to me). End Rant.

So, I think we should change the meet up place to a more neutral locale.

Maybe some place in Preston Center. They have coffee shops and restaurants and such all over the place there and it's pretty close to equidistant from Uptown, Addison, Lakewood, Greenville...

When we meet in Addison we just sort of default to Sherlock's, which is fine, but still more options would be better.

I would show up to many more meetups if we changed the location.
