not sure what to think

I've working really hard on my day game. But when i'm out working on my game, say the mall for instance, and i see woman walking towards me, LOOKING AT ME (not just a quick glance but a good look at me)....and i'm looking at her....as we approach each other she totally looks away like she's not interested or totally ignoring me!!! I get that alot!!!!! They look to the side like they're window shopping or something like that. I'm apprehensive of opening those girls when that happens. I know i should try, but just haven't. the real quesion is IS IT GOOD THAT THEY LOOK AWAY LIKE THAT?? Help!!
