This guy uses all the PUA tactics in my neighborhood.

He targets blonde housewives with weak husbands.
He does storytelling.
He does social proofs.
He is the leader of the tribe.
He hosts Football parties every Sunday in his garage with 2 big screens on NFL Ticket.
He organizes annual trips to Cabo, in which he owns 5 time shares.
He organizes trips to the Race Track and Las Vegas.

IN his old neighborhood, he has gotten 4 housewives.
In my neighborhood, he has gotten 5 housewives that we know of.
That is 9 troubled families that he pushed over the edge.

Those that are still in his inner circle defends him.
Even though his latest conquest involves a couple that was in his inner circle.

I'm sure everyone in the neighborhood has an idea that this is going on and don't care. As a matter of fact, there are probably people that seem close to him that are just waiting for him to be exposed and 'fall from grace.'

It really isn't your place to say anything to anyone about what you think or observe going on with him and his conquests.

Why would you "expose" him? Don't you think that if you know about it most of the other people in your neighborhood know about it as well? And even if you do "expose" him, what do you think is going to happen? He isn't a predator in the real sense. He won't go to jail. He won't lose his job. His life won't be ruined. The only thing that may happen is a few divorces.

Other than f'ing other peoples wives, he sounds like a cool guy. No wonder these bored housewives cheat with him.

So they were already troubled and the wives cheated. Big whoop. If it wasn't with him it would have been with the poolboy or the maintenance guy. He didn't rape these women. They chose to cheat willingly.

if i was in your position, i would NOT expose the fellow; it's not your "place."

what he is doing is definitely not cool, but these wives did cheat willingly. the only time i would say something is if he pursued the wife of a friend (or mine).

at that point, it is my duty as a good friend to have my friends back and confront the wife predator. i wouldnt necessarily tell the friend, but approach the guy and basically tell him to stop. if he continues, beat his ass...i heard gunshots to the kneecaps are pretty painful, but i would NEVER do something like that....:)

So are you worried about this guy getting to your wife? What is your motive?

Yeah this guy is definitely a pos. He's picked an easy target(women who are not happy in their marriage) and takes full advantage of it. However, it doesn't sound as if any of these women are being forced. These women aren't happy with their life, emotionally unstable, and looking for greener grass across the fence! But that is still no excuse for the stupid bitches to forget about whats right and whats wrong.

Everyone of those cheating whores "smelled" what they were walking into before it got to the point of no return. They chose to put their family in peril by their own personal choice.

I see it in the majority of attractive women out there. If they aren't getting enough attention from their current guy, they run to the next toolbag that is willing to give it to them. Unfortunately there are way too many toolbags out there that are willing to fuhk anything that moves. And when women base decisions off of emotion, instead of logic it just fuels the fire.

Howie, you're 100% right.

It takes two to tango. Sure, the guy is at fault for preying on these women but the women are the ones that have to make a much bigger mental jump from being monogamous to being a cheater.

Everyday, this scumbag wakes up and he's just that, a scumbag. But, at some point along the way, the woman woke up and decided to become a cheat. Neither outcome is right, but which one is more wrong? It's like of like comparing a misdemeanor with a felony.

I hate to say it or even sound like I'm defending this scumbag, but trash is trash. He's trash, as such he's going to do trashy things. The guy does shoulder some blame but the real blame needs to land directly at the feet of the women that cheated.
