Dallas PUA Band of Brothers
Posted: Thu Jun 21, 2007 1:39 pmI've been motivated to write this due to recent experiences with the guys in the community. A lot of guys wonder if they can find real friends in the community, and my response is an overwhelming YES!
All of us have our ups and downs. I met Vector, Neuromancer, and recently Finesse at an interisting time in my life. I was up when I got to know the first 2. I met Finesse recently. Right now, because of some stupid mistakes, I'm not so high and mighty as I was even a few months ago. These guys deserve my appreciation for being great sargers and great friends. As few of you know(for certain reasons), I am involved in a local church here in Dallas at a leadership level.
What has spoken to me is that, the above guys have been better friends to me in this time, than the guys I know through church. This is not a comment against the church. I love it, and would never leave it. It is a compliment to, in alphabetical order: Finesse, Neuromancer, and Vector. I'm sure there are others that I'm forgetting right now, but these are the main 3 by far.
I'm pretty sure we have a bond that transcends sarging. Had I met them anywhere else, we would have bonded anyways, I'm sure of it.
In conclusion, it really is possible to find fraternity among PUA's. We are all on a similar journey of self improvement. How sweet it is to have brothers to glory in victories, help in defeat, and laugh no matter what.
