There is this girl that works in the factory I work at. I had two brief interactions where I teased her & used some C&F. Now she's attracted and smiles/waves everytime she sees me.

But...two things:

1) This is where I work, and I have weak social calibration skills. (for those of you that don't know me, I can create attraction, but then drive t he sarge right into a wall)

2) It's damn near impossible to isolate her.

She is super cute. An attractive blonde...one of the few white girls that work in the factory.

And if you blow the sarge and set of her creepy switches you get hit with sexual harassment charges. I wouldn't do it but if you do, take it slow and be careful.

I am with Neuromancer you need to make sure this girl is not the type of chick that will slap down the sexual harassment on you if things go bad.

I have dated 4 girls form work and it is just not worth all the crap. I would use this girl work on my opening game and that’s it. Also in most companies dating coworkers is looked down on and can cause problems later on if you stay with that company.

Do you like your job? Think about how it would be if you hooked up with this girl and then things didn’t work out. Would you still feel the same about you job if every day you had to see your X?

But, if you must, you must. I say just use a lot of C&F and see if you can get her chasing you. Something like “OMG! You’re such a klutz! I’ll bet you can’t even kiss” after she dropped something.
