I just gamed a girl at Kroger, and after she blew me out like a bitch by pretending to talk on her phone, I got to stand there in line in front of an audience of like 10 people and get laughed at...lol.

The beatings continue. I was able to smile and think about it positively though. I guess it could have been worse.

I'm getting really good at being told no. I still haven't really # closed or better from pick-up yet, and I've probably done 30 approaches or so. I have managed to pillage with extreme prejudice when women open me though.

I did have a good grocery store hook-up about 3 weeks ago though. If I ever find an HB in the wine section at the grocery store, they're powerless.

Getting blown out is ok if you are practicing your "inner-game" however, at some point you need to start being selective with the sets you open. I see many guys try to open sets that will not work. You should consider the perspective from her eyes first. You should consider what the girl will feel like if you hit on her in front of an audience for example.

There are a few steps to make better choices with opening sets. The first thing is to know who your target is. I like small petite girls who are thin. I really like girls with black hair. Add green eyes to the mix and it’s a must.

Then, you want to know the purpose. If you are working on your inner game and want to be more confident, by all means open ALL sets. If you want specific things like getting laid the same night, getting a long term girlfriend, or just making a friend… your approach should change.

I used to sarge 5 times a week for 3 hours a day. I stopped a few months ago after almost a year. I got to the point where my inner game is mostly settled. I developed a sense for the women who would be interested in me. I can just tell by the way they look and by the way they display their body language if they will be open to my approach.

The master pickup artist probably cannot walk up to ANY woman and get laid. But what makes those PUA’s good is the ability to select targets that WORK. The difference between getting laid 10% of the time and 80% of the time is the ability to select women who will be interested in YOU, it has less to do with the quality of your game than you may think.

Many guys get frustrated because the Pick-up community portrays the master PUA as someone who can pick up any girl at any time. That is categorically untrue. I have never seen it with my own eyes and refuse to believe it. So if you are frustrated, please try to choose targets with more forethought.
