If you were having a regular conversation with her, would you be asking, "What are you doing?" "What are you feeling?" "What do you want to do?" All day? God, I hope not.
Text game needs to be natural, comfortable, and gently flow in positive directions (more than one direction...because as they say...interactions with women need to be an emotional roller coaster...text game is no different.)
I'm gonna go out on a limb and say you're a bit on the goofy side. Try something like this
YOU: What did one monkey say to the other monkey?
HER: WTF? lol WHAT
YOU: Wanna hang?
Goofy, unlikely do raise defenses, and actually asks her to hang out. Simple as that. Sit down and think up some other ways (not all jokes...dont want to turn in to a dancing monkey...pun intended) to keep convo flowing.

This is ultra important. It is absolutely OK to sit down and think of witty comments and one liners and movie quotes and things like that to use in your conversations with people. I used to do it all the time. I've got a ton of one-liners that I developed over time to suit a lot of situations with women.

Who says you have to say anything.
If she sends you a text today did you ever think of ignoring it?
I wouldn't send a text today.
Change your mindset to this: You are a badass motherfucker. You have about a billion and one options. You have many women you can hang out with today. She is lucky if she gets to be in your presence.
Now even with that said Unfortunately almost no girls chase. I know it sucks. I have field tested it a million times and they almost never do. At least not until you have built up enough value and attraction with them. You certainly haven't done that just yet with this girl. So with that said you are still going to be the chaser. But the chaser doesn't have to chase every day.
Re-read this thread again. I have seen some good advice.
