To me, shit test aren't meant to be answered rationally at all. It is good to have a default answer you can use for any shit test.

I have to agree with this. Another option is to just ignore it. A clever "comeback" isn't always the best way to keep your frame because you're still responding to her question, even if it's not in the usual way.

Why is it bad to acknowledge the shit test? And would it be bad to throw one back? Like a parry/riposte.

I was going to post it, but you beat me to it. This is what I was trying to get at.

A shit test is not banter or teasing. A shit test is her trying to gain power over the interaction. A hot girl might be thinking, hmm, guys almost always notice my breasts, which puts me in control. This one hasn't said anything yet, hasn't acknowledged them, in general hasn't acknowledged my hotness. Something is weird, I'm almost always in control, let me try and reassert sexual power...

There's nothing wrong with a teasing response, or parry/riposte for some situations. But a high value guy doesn't need a comeback. Especially if the comeback is strained, it seems like it could really lower your value.
