Actually, I wanted to name myself Phoenix. Thats the image I wanted of myself moving forward in the community. Death of the old self I used to be, and a new creature rising, shining, from the ashes of the old.
BUT, Phoenix was taken, so I had to be a little creative. It works out the same, beacuse I mostly get called "Fenix" by the guys anyhows.

The "el" is masculine, btw. :)

Habitual use of kava can lead to such side effects as indolence, weakness, leg paralysis, and a peculiar scaly skin rash, which is said to be completely reversible when kava consumption is discontinued--as long as the consumption has not been very high over a prolonged period.

Anyone selling and recommending supplements without advising of side effects is not your friend.

then I guess I'm super screwed, cause I've been using it nearly every day now for a month or more.

btw, please post peer reviewed strudies only, with findings that achieved statistical significance, with a sample size of more than 30. Thanks!

blast is pretty decent. I wish it were a little stronger, but I'm pretty resistant to stims. It's probably strong enough for most people, who are not Starbucks or red bull addicts.

I just thik it's pretty ludacris to come in saying things without proper reference for them.
Whats the dosage at which it caused those effects, in what percentage of the population sampled, and over what time frame?
Stats and research methods 101.
