Oh. You had a pretty interesting story. I hope I could help. You sort of degraded me in your here's the clefnotes thread after I spend several minutes typing to offer you quality advice. why don't you go put your story on a bigger forum and ask, "what should I do to retain more wings", then take all the responses with mine, apply it to real life, and see what works best.

You are welcome.

That's not what the OP was about. Guys show up to venues and spend the entire not not approaching, not working, and trying to watch others work or pick their brains all night. It's a common theme in the Community and one that more seasoned, higher quality guys see and understand because it happens to them all the time. It has nothing to do with Isi, it has everything to do with the fly by night noobs that aren't willing to do the work necessary to succeed. He's not trying to retain quality wings, he's trying to find guys that are willing to become quality wings. Totally different dynamic.

I, for one, thought that his CliffsNotes version of the thread was pretty spot on. I suspect everyone else did as well.

well yea i thought it was pretty spot on too but that's not the point. I interpreted the story as though he's trying to find a good wing and frustrated by how they are behaving. It isn't logical he would post b/c they aren't doing necessary work to succeed. why would he care about some other random internet noobs sex life.

Isiman, try flying solo with the intention of picking up your own wing at the bar you've already seen in action. A lot of guys are doing the same thing and they are all over the place.

I think what I've said to him makes pretty good sense. I also think it's a little irresponsible given all the circumstances for you to tell me, that I don't get what this whole thing is about. How about I come to the next sarge? you gonna meet me?

Why are you guys feeding this troll?

I too have noticed this problem. What's even more funny, however, is how these guys think you (and your friends who actually approach) are "master pickup artists". Also props to the guy giving tips about how to get noob wings to become more comfortable in field.

yea that was the troll. haha.

No BullRun, I don't have a hard on for sarging with you. I think you would be proud of yourself for doing it though. It be better than sarging alone, or playing with match.com
