Send her a text message.

This works wells. You can also comment about the phone convo. Say something like "Oh I bet I can text faster on my phone than you."

If she wins:
"Oh, it's only because you have warmed up. " (Establish a sexual frame)

If you win:
"I see someone needs some more practice. You should give me your number so you have someone to practice with."

Note: I haven't field tested these (other than the first) just something I came up with.

Don't try to control every interaction. If she is too low value for your attention then focus else where. Having to change or influence her behavior just seems AFC or even leads to a scarcity mentality. Maybe this is just a signal that the buying temperature isn't that high and you need to improve for future interactions or not worry about it.

I think the issue here is where are you when this is happening. You should be trying to find a destination. In other words you should be progressing towards comfort and isolation (sitting down) so that you can begin escalating.

If you are in comfort and sitting down and she is jacking with her phone and not also interacting with you then buying temperature might be low. Then I might wonder.. other than that.. who cares. There's million of women out there.
