For those of you with a fast metabolism and a need to bulk up. Do a max of 3-6 reps per set of very heavy weights. take 2-3 minutes rest in between sets, increase weight and repeat. I gained 10 lbs in a month doing this. Once you start to plateau, take dead weeks or change the exercises. 3 days a week max

Exactly what I've been doing cept I work out 4 days on a random occasion. I may not be eating enough. I was just thinking about it and I get alot of cardio just in my regular life. I walk constantly at work and my regular date is going to parks which usually ends up being about 4 days a week. I actually increased my reps to 10 recently and I've been getting bigger gains on size. Low reps=dense muscle. Medium reps=less dense muscle and more size for me at least. Also creatine mono seems to help alot. I lift alot for my size, so my muscles are very dense. I want more size.

I'm naturally skinny. Think 6'2 130 lbs. I got into the best shape of my life lifting twice a day, six days a week with high reps and aprrox. 32 sets per workout. I had size and I was cut at about 180 lbs. I ate like a hog too. My post workout meal was a steak, 2-3 cups of cottage cheese, a fat hamburger patty with cheese, a salmon fillet, baked sweet potato with butter, and for good measure a protein shake about 30 minutes later. Don't have that kind of time and dedication anymore and my diet has been shit lately but I still hit the gym between 3 and 5 days a week. Started doing cardio for the first time in years at every workout. Look out Brad Pitt in fight club.

I've done it twice in college. Hot pockets, and homemade protein shakes.
Went from 140-155 quickly. Then from 157 or so, to about 165 using that. I'm going back to it. 200, here I come!

Damn I wish I wasn't lazy. I have always wanted to look like that. I know I have the physique to pull it off. But I am just not dedicated enough.
