Yep, women are only easily persuaded away from their current man if he is less of a man that she really desires.

Don't forget that she should also value you as you value her.
She should be just as concerned with you cheating on her as you are with her cheating on you. If both of you respect eachother's options then you appreciate the choice to be together.

If u keep her chasing you, then she won't have time to chase some other guy. Like bullrun said, and to sum up a bit of the other guys replies, as long as u keep displaying alpha/ charming qualities and don't get b eat down to the emotionally needy guy u were when you found this place, then u shouldn't worry. (I use the word "you" to describe your or any other viewers being.) :)

I was thinking a lot about it last night and it just seems no matter how much we like each other there will always be someone out there that has the abillity convince her to cheat, it may take a while for them to do it, but she would eventually do it.
Idk maybe I am thinking of it too much.
Maybe I should worry about it when I actually do get in an LTR and confront her about it.

The more you obsess over it, the more you will convince yourself it's reality. There is always a possibility for everything to happen...but if you constantly think about it...you will make it reality because that's what you'll project.

The same thing will happen if you STOP thinking there's someone better than you and STOP thinking she's going to cheat, and you'll subconsciously project higher value (amongst doing other things of course) and this won't be a problem.

Just chill out about it, and don't confront her on the possibility that maybe at some point she might think about thinking about cheating on you. That makes you seem crazy...like a woman.

man i'll be honest here. You sound like a chick.

Seriously.

There's nothing worse than projecting past relationships and problems with them on new ones. Don't do this. It's corrosive. Every single person is different, with different morals, values, will react to situations differently. My most recent LTR brought this vibe into our relationship and it's what doomed it. She never trusted me (from past relationship) even though i never gave her any reason not to. And I've never cheated on anyone in my life.

It's poisonous and it will doom things.

So why do I say you sound like a chick. Well sometimes i run some game on Match.com and i can see numerous profiles where you don't need to be Freud to realize how much baggage and anger some of these women carry around from previous relationships that is evident in their profiles. It's a massive red flag and I stay the hell away.

"confront her about it??" ... a new girl in a relationship that gave you no reason to? That will be the end of that relationship.

You got to live in the moment, with the person you are with. Part of that process is trust and being willing to take that step. If you aren't, don't be with the person.

Just my experience.
Relationships are attraction + investment. You has to maintain the attraction of the girl in order get her to build investment. If someone with enough attraction comes along to out attract the previous mates attraction+investment, she will leave the previous mate and trade up. I have known very few women who will leave a guy without there being someone waiting in the wings.
I think that's the real reason guys get married. If they have enough attraction and investment to get the marriage, that vow increases investment. If you stop attracting the girl the investment will lessen until it it's gone. Once you have that investment, you can throw her an attraction bone every now and then to keep the investment up. I girl will not cheat if you have a lot of investment and you do things to keep her attracted. She is not likely to cheat even if she is no longer attracted but there is a lot of investment. I call that the "bon bon effect." If she lives in a nice home and can sit at home and eat bon bons, she won't cheat because she may loose all that. Now AFC guys think they can depend on the bon bon effect to keep the women they have but as soon as someone of higher value comes along that can give her the couch and bon bons, she's gone.

I know a woman like this, a friend of my brothers. Has a nice house, car and social life and won't leave her husband because he keeps her in the Mercedes. But she has hinted around that she wants to play but isn't willing to do it because she might get caught. If she found a rich guy who was interested that she was attracted to, she'd be gone.

By the way, both comfort and seduction are part of investment. If you build comfort she will have the investment to be seduced. If she sleeps with you, that increases investment further.
