Ive had a couple new guys ask but very rarely and from my experience most just run off once you try to get them into set.

Like a lot of things is life:you have not because you ask not.
Guys are either to scared to ask for the pointers, or too pridefull to think they can learn from the people they know to ask.

I've learned a lot from taking older guys I can learn from out to lunch and asking them a bunch of questions.
