Going from an introverted to extroverted mindset

You guys are all great. It's hard becoming a social person when you're not one by nature, but I've come to the conclusion it just takes confidence and practice... the more practice you get the more confidence you get and the better your practice ends up being -- kind of a feedback loop :) I am definitely getting better the more I practice... the bad thing is not being a social person by nature I'm so focused on just opening and talking I forget about all the other stuff I need to be throwing in there. I did come up with one good DHV for myself that is also a convo starter... i'm way into ultimate fighting (UFC) and have an octagon pendant I usually wear out... went out with it last night and multiple people reached out, grabbed it to check it out and started talking about the subject right away... which works great for me because I can talk all about it and lead into my MMA training for some dhv :) i can do some cute teasing lines like 'want to wrestle?!? i'm great on my back... etc... open to any other great lines anyone can come up in relation to this as well ;)

cj we are in the same place as far as just going with whatever comes to mind and not having the presence of mind to bring in our game... but i think that is just practice practice practice... i am trying to set goals every time i go out for # of sets, etc and one is also to practice different techniques on particular nights just to get somewhat used to it. when we get together we'll work on some of this stuff! and get together with some of the more experienced guys I'm sure they can help you out too

my goal is not to get better... my goal is to be the best... and i'm planning on doing it in 3 years... my will power is good men... and i'm pushing like i said in my introduction
