I'm going to be writing up a New Year Plan. It will be part reading, part writing, but mostly doing. Details forthcoming.

Greetings Gentlemen.

My computer died so I was out of commission for a little bit. But your boy is back. Anyway, I want to launch a 1-month program for our group that will be a combination of reading, approaching, and extensive feedback administered by the group and by me. It would be something like this:

Week 1 (Opening + first five minutes):
Wednesday - Video
Thursday - Video Discussion/2 hour field experience
Friday - Thursday Reflection/4 hour field experience
Saturday - Friday Reflection/4 hour field experience
Sunday - Saturday Reflection/Week in review

I can't recommend a program like this highly enough. I've never seen anything effect long-term growth the way a month-long does--that's regardless of leadership, but triumvirate seems particularly strong.

Two things: (1) triumvirate, you should charge *something*--$100 for students, $300 for professionals. It's "are you sure you want to do this?" money. Even if you don't need it, it's just a good idea.

(2) the instructor, triumvirate, will be important for the first week or two. After that , you guys will start to develop bonds that will persevere the rest of your lives. Spending a month with a roomful of guys dealing with relationship expertise--you'll never be the same, and you'll just relate to one another better than you do with anyone else.

If you're even a little interested, post here with a "maybe". Shoot triumvirate a pm, too, but the rest of the guys need to see interest forming, you know?
