I do the ERWO 24hr Body. That stands for EAT RIGHT & WORK OUT. No stupid quick and easy gimmicks about it. You people are whats wrong with this country. Believe anything anybody tells you and exert as little effort as possible. sit on your ass and lose weight???
You want to look good then change your life style. Its really simple, if you burn more calories than you take in then you lose weight. If you eat more calories than you burn then you gain weight. Burning calories is part of the equation and that means "exercise".
