Since that date, one thing I started forcing myself to do is when I'm kissing a girl I'll stop, push her away slightly, and say, "ok, that's enough for you." I've done this three times now and not only do they respond well, but I put myself into a challenging state again.

This is congruent with my personality. I just have to remind myself of that sometimes when a cute chick is grinding on me.
