sleek, you're confusing sex with emotions. I do the same thing often :) they are not the same tho... what you are mourning is doing her, not her herself ;)

HAHA!!!!! Us Older guys know... HAHA!!!
Sleek.. don't learn the hard way... what you are doing with the pain and all, is really the easy way. It makes you human.

She is not a biatch or unfeeling. She is just not right for you. And besides the glass is half full ... you got to bang her.

Speaking of pictures, I think we need to start a section for exgirlfriends and all their picture goodness!

Depends on the person Sleek but for some sex, and especially your first is more meaningful. It's ok that you have those feelings creep back up from time to time. You're human and probably suffer a bit from some romanticized ideals of women. Don't lose that. I think it's important that guys here don't become devoid of that trait or lean to such a misogynist view of women that they never get that feeling again. Now I have personally been slapped across the face by friends, girlfriends, wives, you name it for being the "bad boy' type and have been walked all over on by being the nice guy type.

The beauty of the study we do here as puas is that now we are able to rationalize some of this and put it into some perspective. We can develop our own 'sauce' as you put it before to walk that fine line between both. They call this calibration when in the field. Nice guy, bad boy, are both a means to an end. Many of us can morph into what is needed in order to fit the situation. Others here strive for it to be simply internalized and there is no need to 'calibrate' totally to build attraction. However you chose is up to you. I can tell you the term internalized has a meaning that is often misunderstood when read in pua context. The misconception often confuses guys into thinking that this means all this stuff comes natural 100% of the time and they never change or adjust their moods, personalities, etc. Unfortunately it doesn't mean that at all. If you asked Mystery or any of those guys are they still learning and adjusting I imagine they'd say yes. You will do each of these things even after you reach that level. I can't say from experience entirely because I am not at the lvl I perceive I want to be at but I don't know if I'll ever be there.

I do know learning to keep yourself from falling into this type of feelings for a woman is going to take practice and a matter of choice. One thing I see here a lot is that guys don't seem to have clear direction in where they're taking all of this pua stuff. Are they studying it to become a better man? Most would say yes probably, but what are you're intentions in using it. Is it to sleep with a ton of girls, have a harem of girlfriends, or to become the selector when searching for your ideal type of woman. Maybe it's a mix of all of them, but ultimately I think it will help you to see where to take all of this and what to study when you decide which one of these goals you are striving for. Should make things easier when evaluating why you react to rejection and acceptance they way you do as well.

Sorry to get sidetracked man. The feeling with her will just take some time. That's been true every time I get one itis or that longing feeling for one single girl. Some take a few weeks, others a few years. Honestly I know of no other simple solution to getting rid of that feeling other than a serious desire to let them go and a bit of time. You can try the suggestion some puas make and that's to sleep with 10 other women to help forget that one. That only seems to work in the respect that you are devoting so much time to trying to get with other girls that you put her out of your head. But truth be told, when something falls thru with one of them and you're going home drunk at 2am and you're no longer distracted it's natural that you're mind will go back to her and then you're right back where you started. SO, at some point, and it seems you've made this decision, you just have to decide to let her go and by a bit of discipline stay away from contact with her as much as possible. Good luck man. You're on your way.

Imager, you're right. Older guys here know a lot more than me...

Justice, I am posting that hoe's picture in private lounge (the original LR thread I posted.)

Silvermouth, thanks for the breakdown and taking time to write this for me. You're totally right. I think it was more meaningful than I expected since it was my first time...

Thank you all for the support and helping me get out of this mental depression. I will soon be normal. thank you.

Don't call her a hoe just because she didn't want to become your girlfriend. After she stopped talking to you, you sent her a message saying the you aren't going to talk to her anymore....do you see how ridiculous that is? She even had the class to respond to that text wishing you well.

You became super needy after sleeping with her and it pushed her away. Believe me, I've done the same thing way too many times (before I learned about the community). don't be needy. Don't keep texting and calling when they don't reply. BTW you lost your virginity to a super hot chick which is more than most of us can say. Don't insult the girl who slept with you knowing that you were a virgin and wouldn't be any good.

Be glad for what you had and what she gave you.

PS just to be clear...i'm not trying to be harsh in the things I'm saying. You are young and learning a lot of things that I didn't learn myself until recently.
