During the day, there's the museum. With the museum you both get an idea of the type of pieces the other likes and it gives a better understanding of who the other person is. There are so many different sections, that later you'll be able to talk about everything and have a really good lengthy conversation and get in depth perspectives. If there are pieces that you disagree on the artist's meaning, then you each should be able to argue your side effectively, that the other person can respect your view. Some artwork could bring out a creative side, which can then maybe lead you some place where you can bring that out. There's a place in Richardson called Quigley's Clay House. Some pieces are already made, you purchas and paint them and in a week or so you can go back to pick up your art. You can also put pieces of glass or stones together and make a mosaic. There's also a similar place in North Dallas on Preston and Campbell.

There's also the zoo and aquarium. Seriously there's not a girl out there that doesn't like animals.

There's also bowling and roller skating. Chances are that both of you haven't done either of these in awhile, so you're not going to be good and that's great because you can both laugh at each other. You're out there having a good time.

Towards late afternoon to evening, there is lower greenville, that's if you don't mind a bar. This way she can dress how she would like. She can dress up (heels) or down (flip-flops). These places are somewhat similar to Sherlock's, but because they are smaller it gives a bit of a more cozy feeling and you can bar hop easier. Each place will have a slighter difference than the last, but there will be one that she likes that you didn't, vice versa, but eventually you'll both find one that you both like and stay there.

I would save this for like after you've been out with her a couple of weeks and you don't mind spending a little bit of money, but Mercy, behind Sherlock's, is really great. It gives a really private atmosphere. There are other restaurants, like Ounce, that also gives this same type of vibe, but like I said before they do cost a little bit. So in this regards, wine bars and wine tastings are also great.

Hopefully some of these will help. Good luck!
