I can't tell you how much I agree with this. Every time I have been a dumbass I worry for like 2 weeks. It is very annoying and not worth the stress.

well...I see a problem with those numbers...most of those with aids are adults 18+... what's the entire population of adults? it's not 300million... and the bulk of that 300M are kids...it may be less than 1% of the entire population, but what's the percent of those of legal age??
