Women love the way I look, but I've talked with a lot of women and they don't like the huge, stalky, body-builder physique as much.

I totally agree. I'm a bigger guy. 5'11'' and 210. But, I've got guns bitch!

Anyway, I've found that women will more readily go for a guy that's 5'11'' and 180 that isn't really all that 'fit' before they'll go for a guy that's more 'fit' and is 5'11'' and 210. No worries, because most of the extra 30lbs I carry in the crotchal region...read my dick.

I don't think that my phyisque, I'm definitely more stalky than you, has hampered my game any because I'm a pretty fit guy. I feel good about how I look and that I'm trying to constantly improve image. Both of those help me to project a very strong frame with respect to women. I don't ever think, "I wonder if she will like my physique" it just doesn't come into play any longer, it's a non issue.

eating is the key... you spend a fraction of the time during a week in the gym, compared to all the time and opportunities to eat (or eat wrong). Make sure you are getting right amount of protein as well...

it's almost a 20 lbs rule....if you travel to europe, you see SO many more attractive women. all the women shift up a notch or 2 on the HB scale because they walk all the time in europe and have lost that last 20 lbs. There's cities in europe where it's almost hard to find a overweight girl quite literally, and it seems like every girl you see has a smokin tight body. Look around the US and see how many girls if they lost about 20 lbs would be really attractive(if not more). The same thing applies to us as well.

I saw a show and forgive me I can't recall the author or who did the study but...
They did a head-to-head study of Zoloft. a prescription anti-depressant against exercise and exercise blew it away.
First, exercise improved the moods of the people in the study and then it also made them look and feel alot better body-wise.

Thanks guys. I really appreciate the input. You guys are great. I'll post on the progress.
I think a few of you guys should do a really cool program on Pickup and Fitness together. Maybe a DVD or CD!
You should because the market doesn't have anything like that.
See ya. Thanks again.

PP and I eat in 3-4 hour intervals throughout the day...but stop 3 hours before bed. Alternate between Meal/snack.

12PM - Wake up and eat Breakfast (can be around 450-500 calories since it's the 1st meal of the day and you've got plenty of time to burn it.

3PM - Snack...around 100 calories

6PM - Lunch...350 calories

9PM - Snack...100 calories

12AM - Dinner...shoot for around 250 calories

3AM - Sleep!

Depending on how hard you are working out, you can increase the calorie intake. What I posted above will slim you down quick...mainly focuses on the weight loss portion. I believe for protein, it takes 18grams per 1 pound of muscle.

I'll also add that being well rested is #1 or #2 on the priority list for good health. Most of us spend at least 1/4 or more our lives sleeping. Things happen in the brain and body for learning, repair, memory, chemical balances, etc, that affect health well being and happiness. Not to mention *weight control,* people who get the right amount of sleep live longer also.

The interesting thing about this thread is that regular exercise and a solid diet come from either good habits or discipline (which is just good habits we don't like practicing). So is being well-rested day in, and day out.

Exercise is definitely the key to state, feeling good, etc. Good post.

I agree! When my jobs take a toll on my sleep schedule and I end up getting about 2-3 hours a day for like 2 weeks...I can tell that any type of exercise or diet is fucking pointless. My body is just trying to keep going...sleep is way more important that I ever though before I started paying attention to my health

An essential part of losing weight is sleep.
Lack of sleep will help keep your fat.

You should go to bed a little hungry.
Your body will burn fat while you are sleeping... otherwise it will burn what's in your stomache.
And always have breakfast.

Don't run the hardest.
Running will burn carbs... the immediate quiet source of energy.
Walking will burn fat.
Checkout the ellipical or treadmill... at running mode it is cardo excercise... at the walking speed it is in Fat burning mode.

Another theory I read from Ingenix... is that your fat cells stores poison and your body uses water to dilute the poison.
That is why if you lose weight (fat) your body will continue to gain it back by diluting the poison.
So you may want to look into Cleansing treatment.
The Poisons are MSG, Preservatives, Hormes in milk ( buy Bauma's milk no rBGH and $3.60 a gallon), whatever chemical in a Chicken Nugget to make it all taste the same and others.
Just buy as much organic food as you can afford.

The Carbonation in soda expands your stomache... the more food required to have the feeling of full.
