While reading the “Secrets of the Millionaire Mind, I came across a passage taken from Huna Philosophy which deeply resonates with me:
“Bless that which you want”
This ancient wisdom from the Hawaiian elders says that if there is something you want in life and see it, bless it. If you see a beautiful house, bless the people who live within, if you see a person with beautiful body, bless them, if you see a person with a beautiful car, bless that person and that car. Do not despise those that have what you want yet don’t have. Instead, bless them for having it. This is telling you subconscious mind that it is ok to have it. That when you do have what you desire that people will not despise you as you might despise them now. The subconscious takes in all your thoughts and manifests them in the real world. If you despise a person who has a certain possession or attribute your subconscious will find ways to bar you from having it. After all, it does not want you to be a bad person or to be despised. Do this and reprogram your mind so it will allow you to have what you wish for.
One example in my life is when I started my business. I had it in my head for a couple years before, setting a goal for my subconscious. Then when I took the jump, everything came together, opportunities magically arose, and know I know, what seemed like luck, was simply having the right mindset and goals for my subconscious to aim for. Believe me, when you know what you want, and that conscious knowing is aligned correctly with your subconscious knowing, the universe will give you what you need to get that goal.
Regarding Huna, an excellent book to read is “Mastering Your Hidden Self – A Guide To The Huna Way”. They had an advance understanding on how the conscious, subconscious, and superconscious truly worked thousands of years before modern psychology. It is secret knowledge that would benefit any of you.
