Demonstrating Value and Building Rapport - Problems

So heres my first question here on the forum:

I'm in Houston for spring break. I decided to go out alone last night so see how I would do. I went to a bar called Little Woodrow's and met a group of 3 girls there (all HB7+ one was HB9). Technically, this was my first sarge. I basically followed the routine found here http://www.dallaspua.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=782

I did a great opener with a time constraint, then proceeded to a few negs and the best friends test, then I did the cube on the DUF (designated ugly friend...the ugly one of the group). Then I said it was nice meeting them but I had to go and left without saying anything else. I went over to the other side of the bar and and found a random guy to play a few round of pool with. After that I went and got another beer, sat down at a table, and called a buddy of mine to see how his trip to Nashville was going. The girls came over to my table, sat down, and it was disaster from there. It probably wasn't SO bad cuz they stayed for a while, but I felt like a fool. They didn't seem as "enchanted" as they did when they first met me and eventually lost interest. This, roughly speaking, happened to me twice that night at two different bars. I'm having major problems Demonstrating Value and Building Rapport. I guess I just resort back to to AFC chat. What do you do when you cant find ANY commonalities. Its like these girls were from a different planet. I did find commonalities with the second group but not "strong" ones. Same outcome though. Any coments/suggestions?

Note: The girls were all 2-4 years older than me. I'm 22, they were all around 24-26. I'm still in college, they were all recently graduated. Does this matter?

Hey bud, dont beat yourself up over this. Everyone crashes a few times before they do well. (Trial and error) Any guy here can tell you that. Alright, heres a couple things I saw. You were interesting and cocky and playful from the get-go. You did well in attracting with playful cocky and you had stacked with routines.
This might have been your problem > Did you know where you wanted to go with the set? I.E. Seclusion with the girl you wanted? (You could have asked the HB you wanted to come play pool with you) I didn't really read any comfort material in your post. It seems you were stuck in attraction phase. This might also be because you don't have anything in common with them. That is not a problem though.... look PM me and I'll write you a lot more about what I see here, but for the most part you just needed to build comfort with these girls and even though you don't have anything in common with them, but there are ways around that. i.e. - Story-telling, and then a follow up question at the end of it that makes them tell you something about themselves.
Anyways, I know Ive been rambling but heres the bottom line...
You did well in attraction. Good job.
There didn't seem to be any comfort there.
You didn't seclude the girl you wanted.
You didn't keep yourself fun and (most importantly) entertaining. (And know entertaining doesnt mean always having to be funny and cocky)
You didn't know where you wanted to go with the set.

Hey man... here is my read on this. I think you did great on the opener and negs. However I didnt see you do any serious DHV. To me the cube is much better if done in the comfort phase in isolation rather than in the attract phase. Here is how I run it and I can get just about get any set attracted. I am currently working on comfort.

Open: in the following sequence
1) Jelous GF
2) 2 part kiss opener
3) Who lies more ( I dont root it because of my previous 2 openers. If they ask me if I am taking a survey, I know they are not paying attention but rather just answering the questions)

DHV: in the following sequence
1) 4 girls in a house/camping routine (credit TD)
Let them fluff (they ususally always do)
2) Ring finger routine and teach them some BS of how to do it themselves (credit Stlye)
They fluff about how they are so like that...LOL
3) Some routine about how you are the protector of loved ones
I use my 6 yr old neice story, my 14yr old neice story (I think its important it has to be a little girl)

At this point I am ready to go into A3 or the Bait, hook, reel, release pattern. This is where my game is now.
I throw negs throughout the interaction and it could be something like just looking at the target funny for her contribution to the conversation etc.

So my next step in the interaction should be that I ask the target if she has ever had her palm read or cubed and isolate.

Ok two questions. I think I read the 4 girls in a house routine in The Game, but I looked and cannot find it. I also searched the forum to no avail. Can you explain it to me or link me to it somewhere? Is the camping routine the "Burning Man" one?

By the way, I just found the Ring Finger routine...one of the best i've ever come across. Thanks for the tip

That 4 girls in the house sounds pretty good. I remember reading it long ago as well. I bet that would work pretty much everytime.
