Anyone keep a PUA journal in addition to postings?

I keep a life improvement journal. I love improving my entire life, not just how I pick up women. I see a more rounded healthy life as one of the most positive improvements I can make in my life that will help attain my goals, and be happier every moment of my life. I use a somewhat structured system, so I actually get shit done. Here's an excerpt.

I always try to do these 5 things every day because I feel that they give me that well rounded life and healthy life.
1. Work (look for job)

2. Physical (exercise, running, swimming, a sport)

3. Social (and, yes, that can include Rules Of The Game
missions)

4. Creativity or Education (whether it's writing, making music,
cooking, programming, taking classes, or learning another language)

5. Relaxation, whether it's reading a book or watching TV or
playing Wii Tennis or staring at the wall and contemplating life or
lying in the sun and thinking about nothing.

I then type up which of those I did each day, how I improved myself that day, and positevely affirm everything I am doing that is right. Here's one day from my journal.

Man today didn't turn out the way I thought it would. I totally balanced most my stuff around seeing Ms X who said she was going to bring friends to do something fun with us. Turns out her friend came earlier than expected while I was in class... for once! Hell yeah I did go to class today. The promises I make to myself obviously are worth something, and I am taking great bounds in achieving more self discipline every day. I am becoming more and more successful every day, and more and more aware of my purpose. Back to Ms. X though. We ended up doing the usual stuff. Walked around mall called each other mean. Did stuff in the car.. thank god for reclining seats. Heh I'm really starting to get bored with that though. The chemistry just isn't there for me anymore. The thing that saved it though was having that real conversation in the coffee shop. We talked about our relationships with our parents, and family. Man sometimes it feels amazing to get that stuff off of my chest and just talk about my life in a positive way. That's why I can never let Ms. X go. Even if she gets totally boring she is an amazing friend. She is honest, passionate, and driven, and I really respect that in her and find those traits very sexy in a girl. I want a more creative girl though with a better sense of humor, and more original in the conversations we have. I want a witty girl. I barely completed any of my tasks today, but I did find some of the most passionate singers I've ever heard in my life. Black gospel music I love it. I will visit a church someday I want to be as passionate as these singers are in everything I do. The music is very inspirational and makes me feel happy and want to dance. Tomorrow when I wake up I will dance. Maybe not physically, but my body will express the positive emotions I am feeling right now, and will tomorrow. I will use my body to give those feelings to everyone I meet freely and lovingly.

I always try to speak about in myself first honestly, so I know where I can make and improvements at, and secondly positively, so I have the needed energy to make those improvements.

this came out of laziness actually. I was too lazy to get up many days to do much more than eat. I slept in for like a week because of my so unstructured lifestyle. I started this to give myself that sense of structure in order to actually get something useful done every day. It's becoming a very effective part of my growth, and I am really enjoying being able to check off my successes of each day.
