Hi Everybody,

I found this site from a yahoo search for PUA.
I am 39 years old living in Arlington TX.
I only studied this art for a month.

I saw the VH1 show The Pick Up Artist about Mystery, JDog and Matador.
It was pretty interesting and didn't know there was an organized method to picking up girls.
I was married for 16 years. Yes I am old. This Xmas I found out my wife had been cheating on me. So, I am forced out to play the game. I had lost my confidence and ambition and basically became a pussy (ie. sorry all the time and excuse me). I need to change into the best that I can be. I also need to learn how to be in style and well groomed.

Maybe I had made a mistake of marrying the first girl I slept with and now I should find someone more qualifying. Now that I know what kind of qualities I am looking for.

First off, my suggestion is to start reading stuff on inner-game. I can tell just by the bit you wrote about yourself that it needs work. You're beating yourself down in your intro to us. You've come to the right place to get where you need/want to be. Tell us what you want from this. Do you want to meet "the real one" or are you wanting to learn to enjoy yourself and play the field for a while? 39 isn't old, bro. You'll learn that once you improve your inner-game. : )

Smirks is right... I turn 30 in a couple of months.. I think about that hill and know how you feel. However, I already have a son so when he is not with me I am living my dream. I really, really love the female figure, not so much the bitch taking money part of them... haha There are plenty of ladies in their 30's that are out running around looking for a smooth operator and that's where you'll fit in. Frankly, all I've been meeting lately is gals around 5 years older than myself.

Take a look at the books recommended on this site that way you know the terms and "social dynamics" of the deal. Now then, when it comes to clothing...get some money ready cause to make over that wardrobe it's gonna take some pesos! Before you do all that spending go get a gym membership. I live in Mansfield and go to the new LA fitness off green oaks/little rd. and it has so many chicks in there it gives you some crazy motivation.

I have no game (didn't think I would need it)... but after 16 years, I am the best dad of two little girls.
I am the guy that makes breakfast, Lunch and cleans up the kitchen every morning before dropping off the kids and than go to work.

Listened to Tommy Orlando - Player's Handbook Volume 1.
REad Super Sex Power - Magnetism by CR James (figured out what went wrong in my marriage).
Now I am listening to Swinggcat Sexual Connections.

Last year I sold my sportbike.
I am thinking about getting another sportbike this year.
Would a Sportbike help my game? Or a least be seen with the Sportbike Tribe/Community?

I occationally go riding with my dad and some other friends. I have a 05 meanstreak 1600....This bike seldom gets ridden though. I work way to much and would like to sell it. It never seemed to get me laid if that's what your thinking.
If you don't have the kids this weekend give me an email and I'll meet you for some coffee or a beer or something unhealthy Saturday afternoon. I'm trying to get some people together to go to the Aqua lounge in FTW this weekend. This venue has typically an older crowd and is a bit more quite! Bar 9 is also an excellent hole in the wall with that ghost bar type feel. I will be in Scottsdale, AZ until Friday evening so if I don't respond right away you'll understand.

I've had good luck with my sportbike, if nothing else the helmet can serve as an opener. And some girls honestly want to go for a ride on one / see what it's like, and it's not very hard to transition that excitement into other things.

But I think it's much more in your attitude than what you have materially. Don't think you need one to meet women.
