Hello, I'm CC, just dropping in as a guest from Austin. I've been hearing from Pylon and Adjourned all summer about their activities with you guys, so I'm dropping in to check out the action.
I've been in the community for about 3 years (with a few interruptions along the way). I'm well-versed in the essentials of a variety of different methods, but my own style tends to be biased toward the direct and natural.
I'm currently in the final days of Zan Perrion's 90-day Ars Amorata program, which has definitely helped to tighten up my inner game and encouraged me to relax further into my own individual style. Of course, it would have done a whole lot of nothing if I weren't out 4-5 nights a week putting everything into practice.
As I wrote recently in one of my more Zen-master moments....
"He who has not seen, will not believe.
He who does not believe, will never truly see.
There's a constant interchange between internal beliefs and experience. It's impossible to fix one without paying attention to the other."
It's a pleasure to join your forum, and I look forward to meeting some of you in person the next time I visit Dallas.
