coming back to FW

Hey guys-

moving back to Arlington in 2 weeks from Hawaii. Took a MM/LS bootcamp in June in LA, and it really opened my eyes to new worlds, what ruts I had been in all my life, all hat stuff. Anyways, just looking to learn and, most of all, practice and get better.

Little about me - 30, grew up in TX, been gone for 5 years because I've been a Marine infantry officer. Getting out and growing my hair out. Kickass.

There's the thread I wrote about it.

Do I think it was worth it? Yes. You can start getting into this stuff (which is really just a better understanding of social psychology) and read as much as you want... but reading message boards and books can't compare to having a bunch of instructors hit you with so much knowledge over 3 days that it feels like you're drinking from a firehose, then go out those nights and get forced past your compfort zone so that you see for yourself how much it works.
